Following the huge success of their Birth, School, Work, Deathanniversary tour in 2023 and 2024, they will be embarking on a major40th Anniversary Tour in 2025 to celebrate their 40th anniversary as aband.
40 years, 9 studio albums, old and new classics, the new wave pioneersaround frontman Peter Coyne can look back on a brilliant career. Withtheir second album ‘Birth School Work Death’, The Godfathers laid thefoundations for the punk and new wave sound of the 90s at the end ofthe 80s and are still regarded as groundbreaking for countless bands,such as Die Ärzte. Their 40th Anniversary Tour will take them on ajourney through time across the band's extensive discography and a corresponding best-of set spanning four decades.
