The Goalie's Anxiety at the Penalty Kick is a six-piece slowcore band fromPhiladelphia, PA. The members of the band are Alyssa Resh (percussion), AnaHughes Perez (violin), Becky Hanno (keys and vocals), Ben Curttright (guitarand vocals), Michael Foster (bass and vocals), and Sean Matthew Kelley(guitar). Their second LP, "THE ILIAD AND THE ODYSSEY AND THE GOALIE'SANXIETY AT THE PENALTY KICK," was released on April 25, 2024 by Count YourLucky Stars Records and is available for purchase at thegoalie.bandcamp.com.They recently finished reading"The Little Hotel" by Christina Steadand are currently open to recommendations.
