Ashanti Lancaster is a seasoned entrepreneur, leader, pastor, and speaker from Columbus. Ohio. She is a motivated professional and has extensive cross-functional leadership experience. She is happily married to her husband Julius, and together they have 3 beautiful children.
Ashanti has made it her mission to change the lives of women around the world by encouraging them to tap into the potential inside of them and turn it into their promise. Alongside her husband Julius, they are the lead pastors of AIl Nations Worship Assembly Columbus. Ashanti has a gift to push women into their purpose and offers group and individual life coaching for women to help them elevate their relationships, businesses, and themselves.

Meet Olivia Marie, a dedicated fitness coach on a mission to empower women by helping them build their dream bodies. Raised across various places, from Japan to California, Olivia's decade-long involvement in fitness led her to establish "Build-A-Bawdy" in January 2018. Her platform combines effective workouts, personalized guidance, and a focus on mental well-being to inspire positive transformations. With unwavering passion and experience, Olivia continues to uplift, motivate, and help change women's mindset around health, wealth and fitness so that they can embrace their strongest and most confident selves.
Lindsey Drahos
Lindsey Drahos, owner of hosful Collective Boutique and founder of the nonprofit He(ART)s Aligned initiative, boasts a distinguished fashion career with notable roles at Saks Fifth Ave working with design houses Christian Louboutin and Fendi. In response to the challenges of 2020, she launched hosful Collective Boutique a space dedicated to showcasing and supporting local artists, designers, and entrepreneurs garnering recognition from Columbus CEO magazine, The Columbus Dispatch, and Columbus Underground for its impactful community concept. Recognizing the need for more comprehensive support, Lindsey founded He(ART)s Aligned, an initiative aiming to empower entrepreneurs with the tools to build successful businesses from the ground up. Lindsey's commitment to philanthropy began with volunteering at organizations like In Christy’s Shoes and Dress for Success. Nominated as Fashion Retailer of the Year for 2023 by the Columbus Fashion Council she is an active member and will continue to serve the community. The Franklin County commissioner commended hosful for bringing joy to people's lives, highlighting Lindsey's dedication to community service and her ongoing efforts to make a positive impact. Lindseys puts her focus for 2024 to the launch of He(ART)s Aligned inaugural program PAVE THE WAY: Path to Entrepreneurship.
Niel Jurist
Níel Jurist is the senior director of MORPC’s Communications & Engagement Department. In this role,she serves as the agency’s chief communications officer and oversees the agency’s public information, engagement, diversity & inclusion, membership, and events programming. Niel's career spans nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, DE&I, and communications. Prior to MORPC, she served as the spokesperson for the mayor’s office and public information manager for the police department for the City of Gahanna. Much of Níel’s career has been devoted to public service, where she held similar positions at the Ohio Treasurer of State’s Office and the Ohio Senate. In addition to her tenure in government, she also held similar positions at the YMCA of Central Ohio,Franklin County Children Services, and served as the assistant director of diversity and inclusion for the United Way in Central Ohio.
Níel received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashland University and is also a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She holds an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), as well as certifications in crisis communication, media training, measurement and analysis, and risk reputationmanagement.
Additionally, Níel is a member of the Columbus Metropolitan Club Board of Trustees and programming committee, Assembly Delegate for the Columbus Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, member of Columbus Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Chair of the DEI committee for the National Association of Regional Council
Ariell Taylor
Owner/Operator of Allure Artistry Studio & All Things Beauty Academy, Founder of The Chris Brown Foundation. I started my journey in the beauty industry At the Aveda Institute Columbus and Graduated in March 2017. Upon completion I started my entrepreneurial journey opening various salon and mentoring women who had a passion for the industry. In 2020 I began my transition to education to teach women the business side of this billion dollar industry. Creating an internship and post graduate program that teaches one how to maximize their profits, identifying their niche, while having the ability to elevate at their own progress.
Dr. Maria Houston-Beck
Dr. Maria N. Houston-Beck is a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Houston-Beck has spent her career
working in the field of human services, providing care to children, youth, families and adults since 2005.
Prior to joining LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence as the Executive Director, Dr. Houston-Beck
served as the clinical director for Eastway Behavioral Healthcare’s trauma residential programs.
Dr. Houston-Beck has served as a consultant for numerous state and non-profit organizations, where she
provides expertise in mental health, develops curriculum, facilitates professional training and conducts
program evaluations. She is the proud owner of Houston Wellness Solutions, LLC private practice, where
she utilizes a strength-based approach focused on emotional healing.
Dr. Houston-Beck serves as a board member for Urban Development Family Center and has been
featured on several local news and podcast channels as a mental health expert.
