🌟A Glow Yoga Vinyasa Flow class is a vibrant, energizing experience that combines the soothing benefits of yoga with the excitement of neon lights and creative expression.
📸Picture THIS! A black lit room filled with neon glow sticks creating an otherworldly, radiant environment. The air feels charged with anticipation as you step onto your mat, where your body and mind are about to flow as one! As the class starts, everyone looks like they’re stepping into a neon dream, their movements illuminated by the glow, each flow of breath and pose becoming part of a radiant visual dance.

🌟What does class entail?
The first 10minutes of class is dedicated to accessorizing yourself with glow sticks and paint. Each participant is given a set of glow sticks to wear—whether on their wrists, ankles, or head—and encouraged to smear a little glow-in-the-dark paint on their face, arms, or hands. From There we will begin our 50minute Vinyasa Flow session. Afterwards, there will be spare time to take those awesome photos!
🌟No mat? no problem- borrow one!
🌟Never tried Yoga before? No problem! Class is tailored and modified for the first timer to the seasoned Yogi- leaving you feeling welcomed, comfortable, and care-free... like you're supposed to!
