If you are looking for raw, uncensored, and uncut stand-up comedy, then the Glasshouse is the place to be. Sponsored by City of Miami District 5 Commissioner Jeffery Watson, the Southeast Overtown Park West CRA, Miami Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, and the Simkins Family Foundation, The Black Archives History & Research Foundation of South Florida, Inc. presents the GLASSHOUSE COMEDY EXPERIENCE, Miami's livest stage performance attraction welcoming ALL comedians.

The GLASSHOUSE is where only the strongest comedians can throw rocks from a house of glass and survive. Professional comedians show up and show out with hilarious, side-splitting, belly-aching jokes. The world is on stage!


So come and enjoy this comedy experience that puts you up close and personal with some of the best local and national comedians. You do not want to miss this, so grab a friend or two, and join us with laughter and drinks as we give you the medicine you need to get through this pandemic.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’m running out the door because I’m always late, what do I need to know?

Take a deep breath and relax because you’re in for a truly awesome night. But next time, try to get here early since seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. And please keep in mind that if you don't pick up your tickets by showtime, or if you haven't arrived 15 minutes after the show has started, there is a chance that your tickets may be released to the public for resale. Don’t forget your ID and some dollar bills or a major credit card to purchase drinks after your two drinks that come with your table ticket purchase. Drive safely and we’ll see you soon!


When do doors open?

Doors can open anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half prior to a show.


How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day, you can call the box office at (786) 708-4610 or you may purchase tickets in person. (See below for walk-up box office hours)

Box office closes 30 minutes after show time

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

No, but we highly recommend it since we can’t guarantee tickets will be available the night of the show.


Is food and drink included in the ticket price?

No

What kind of food/drinks are available?

Food is concession styled edibles and varies. We have a full bar.


How old do I have to be to get into the club?

Our shows are 21+ so don't forget your ID. Sadly, these age restrictions aren’t flexible.


How does seating work?

Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and is based on the number of tickets bought at the time of purchase. Seating is socially distanced due to COVID RESTRICTIONS. MASK MUST BE WORN WHEN YOU ARE NOT EATING OR DRINKING. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to showtime for better seat selection. However, we do have reserved seating available online, and with the purchase of VIP Bottle Service or Tab Minimums. Call the Box Office to set up your table! (786) 708-4610


Do you have handicap accessible seating?

When purchasing tickets please let us know your accessibility needs for seating accommodations. If your tickets were purchased online, please call our box office at (786) 704-4610 in advance to make arrangements.


Where can I pick up my tickets?

You can always pick up your tickets at the box office, but if you purchase your tickets ahead of time – you can print out your tickets or pull them up on your smartphone!


Does the club have a dress code?

Yes and No. We want you to be comfortable, but we also don’t want you to make others around you uncomfortable, so dress to impress.


Can I take pictures during the show?

Out of respect to the performer(s) on stage and everyone seated around you ALL of the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during shows: flash photography, audio and/or video recording, and mobile devices including but not limited to calls and texts.


How long is each show?

The shows run approximately ninety minutes, but are not held to a time limit, so come to the club ready to laugh and have a good time!
