What better way to start the day than with a good walk and hearty breakfast?� ABOUT THE WALK �
This walk is rather beautiful as we spend most of the trail walking around the lake, through the golf course and down through the woods. (if we are lucky, then we should catch an awesome sunrise). After the walk we will pop into the Giggling Sausage (2 min walk) for a hearty breakfast.
� ROUND-ROBIN QUESTION: It's International Book Giving Day. Do you tend to keep books, not read books at all, or do you give them away?
Please arrive by 6.15 am we will set off at 6.30 am sharp. If this is your first AG walk, then please arrive nice and early and seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red "walk leader" pin badge.

� IS THIS WALK DOG FRIENDLY? yes (although they do not let dogs in the cafe, but you can sit at the tables outside with your pups).
� BREAKFAST? We often stop for breakfast after a morning miracle walk. The menu will be sent to you via email on the Wednesday before the event for pre-orders.
� WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
-Good trainers or walking shoes (and other clothes of course!).
-Please bring a torch (no head torches please as they blind people), and bright clothing )for safety on the roads in the dark mornings)
-Bring rain gear if the weather is looking wet!
-A drink.
� RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :
-We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
-We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or less. If we have more than 15, we will usually have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
