When a completely new way of organizing work suddenly appears at the labour market, what happens to the old legislation and legacy collective agreements?Our guest speaker, Annamaria Westregård, will present some of her research into how the various social groups are handling the new situation where salary and working conditions are being decided within a digitalised gig economy.
Annamaria is Associate Professor and Head of Department of Business Law, Lund University. Her research interests are Personal Privacy and the Workplace, drug testing and rehabilitation, self-employment and crowd workers in the gig economy.
