Step into a soft and supportive space for connection, breath, and inner restoration.

The Gentle Unfolding begins with a short, heart-centered connection exercise to arrive in presence with yourself and others. You'll then be guided through a grounding body scan meditation to settle into the space, followed by a breathwork journey designed to gently release tension, emotion, or stuck energy. The session closes with quiet meditation and integration, allowing your experience to gently land.

This is an invitation to slow down, exhale, and come home to yourself—held in the safety of all inclusive shared space and intentional community.

A Note on Safety - Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice that can support emotional release and mental clarity. While it's generally safe for most people, certain health conditions may require extra care.

If you have any of the following conditions, we recommend checking in with your healthcare provider before joining a session:• Heart conditions or recent heart surgery• Epilepsy or a history of seizures• Severe asthma or other respiratory challenges• Pregnancy (especially in the first or third trimester)• Recent major surgery or injuries that could be affected by deep breathing• Complex mental health conditions• Aneurysms or a family history of aneurysms• Medications that may affect breathing or awareness
