The Gentle Spring are a new group, formed by Michael Hiscock, Emilie Guillaumotand Jérémie Orsel. Michael has an illustrious pop history, having been a founder
member of The Field Mice, possibly the most beloved band on Sarah Records in the
1990s. Their debut album ‘Looking Back At The World’ on Skep Wax, is due for release on 17th January. They’re based in France so this is a rare treat to see them play live in Scotland.
Opening the show is The Catenary Wires performing as a duo. Amelia and Rob are taking time out of their other current musical projects, Swansea Sound and Heavenly to join former Sarah Records label mates in Edinburgh for an evening of fun and indie pop loveliness <3
