Join us for a nourishing two-hour workshop designed to help women cultivate more calm, balance, and ease in their bodies.
The Gentle Reset brings together education and embodied practice to explore how cortisol and the female nervous system interact — and how gentle, supportive approaches can help restore a sense of regulation and well-being. This experience is ideal for women who are curious about nervous system health and want practical, sustainable tools they can use in everyday life.
🕊 What to Expect
• Educational Talk (60 minutes)
Functional nutrition practitioner Rita Utterback will guide an accessible, compassionate discussion on cortisol and the female nervous system. Her approach emphasizes nervous system safety and realistic, gentle support rather than rigid protocols or extremes.
• Somatic Movement, Breathwork & Gentle Yoga (60 minutes)
Laura Venable will lead a calming movement and breathwork practice designed to help the body soften, settle, and restore. This portion blends gentle yoga, slow intentional movement, and nervous-system–supportive breathing to create a felt sense of ease and grounding.
🤍 This workshop is held in a supportive, welcoming space where all practices are optional and participants are encouraged to move at their own pace.
