Meet your hosts:
Meet Amy:
Amy has had a rich and evolving career in Human Resources, beginning 18 years ago. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing the transformative effects of supporting individuals in their personal growth and development. Her path eventually led her to psychotherapy, where she began her Master's in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2016. By 2020, she had achieved the distinction of becoming a warranted psychotherapist. Outside of her professional life, Amy enjoys spending time in nature with her two dogs, approaching life with a deep sense of curiosity and openness.
Meet Sara:
Sara began her early career in Marketing Communications in London, where she studied, worked, and lived for several years. Upon returning to the islands, she developed a deep passion for Emotional Intelligence and inner-world awareness. This newfound interest led her to pursue a master’s degree in counselling. Throughout her journey, Sara explored various cross-cultural and indigenous practices, including somatic methods, to further support clients in their personal development. She strongly believes that compassion and kindness are essential for nurturing our nervous systems.
