About this Event

This session will delve into the differences, generating discussion and action planning to ensure effective attraction, engagement and retention of all generations in the workplace.

Join us on 11 December 2024 from 18:00 to 20:00, for an insightful event designed to discuss the differing expectations of employees of all generations.

Enjoy refreshments while creating practical action plans covering attraction, communication and engagement that delegates can take back to their workplace.

It is also intended that the discussion will cover the implications of the proposed ‘Right to Switch Off’ proposals cited by our new Government.
If you are keen to better understand generational differences and learn how to turn the dial on engaging employees of all ages, this is the event for you and is open to all CIPD membership levels.

Guest speaker's profile: Michelle Burton FCIPD

Michelle is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and started her HR career as a culture change consultant. Through continuous development Michelle broadened and deepened her HR experience, across multiple sectors, to encompass all HR disciplines, securing her first PLC Board appointment as Chief People Officer of a FTSE 250 organisation in 2014.
Michelle now has her own business as an independent HR Consultant and Coach and supports CEOs with strategic HR projects.
