For those visiting from overseas and require a Notarized Invitation letter, please purchase this Visa Letter of Invitation option to have a customized invitation letter made for you and notarized by our lawyers. These letters can be used to apply for visitor visas into Canada for the purpose of visiting The Gem Expo.
Price includes 3 day pass for The Gem Expo.
Once purchased, please send the following information to [email protected]
- Date of show you want to attend
- Copy of your passport
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Passport Number
- Date of Issue
- Date of Expiry
- Business Name
- Business Address
- Address to courier the notarized letter to if you choose the Letter plus Courier option.
- Phone number (if requesting courier delivery)
You will also receive a digital copy of the letter as soon as its available. Select courier if you need the original copies.
Some Visa Offices require original signed and notarized letters for Visa applications (check with your local office). If you want an original signed and notarized paper copy, please choose International Courier (DHL courier usually arrives in about 7 days).
Please note, we do not guarantee visa acceptance, each application is different and is solely dependent on the strength of your application and background checks by the Canadian Embassy. No refunds are provided after letters have been stamped and notarized as funds have already been paid to the lawyers.
