The capability of “tasting” shouldn't just be a legacy of the world of wine, in order to “judge” a gelato we should be able to recognize the key parameters to evaluate its qualities.
You will learn the different senses involved when you are tasting the gelato and how to interpretating them, since gelato is a very unique type of food, different from all the rest, for its airy structure and it’s low temperature.
