TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Covid norms to be followed. No Mask No Entry.
A vaccination certificate or RT PCR negative test certificate has to be produced to the referee before the match.
BAI rules will be followed.
Players need to strictly report 30 minutes prior to their match timings.
All matches are 15 best of 3 until quarterfinals and 21 best of 3 for semifinals and finals.
The event will not be conducted if there are 6 or fewer entries.
The Gaudium is not responsible for any injuries or loss of personal belongings of the players or Parents.
The Gaudium has a right to disqualify any player on disciplinary grounds.
Winners & Runners will be awarded individual Prizes.
The Referee/org.secretary shall take all the decisions, in case of any dispute.
One coach and one parent will be allowed per player, during the match.
