Every moment is choreographed with intention. This is an invitation to slow down, to savour and be a part of India’s creative future taking form in real time. Catch India’s most exciting contemporary voices under one roof.WE ARE A FESTIVAL THAT NEVER SERVES THE SAME STORY TWICEWe’re transforming the industrial mills into a high-concept cultural arena with pop up restaurants, salons, bars, workshops, and live programming. A temporary city of creativity springs to life FOR ONCE ONLY.This Year’s Pop Up Restaurants: TASTE. TERRAIN. TAPESTRY. Niyati Rao X Abraham & Thakore | Conservation A collaboration that sees food and fabric as intertwined forms of memory. Both shaped by land and labour, they hold time, knowledge and identity. This table maps India’s weaving traditions such as Kasavu, Chanderi, Khadi, Pashmina, Paithani and Chikankari as lenses through which cuisine and textile speak a shared cultural language. Chef Niyati Rao’s precision meets Abraham & Thakore’s minimalism to create an experience where cloth and craft guide every course.THE NOODLE FACTORY Chef Doma Wang & Chef Sachiko Seth X Artist Udit Mittal | ExplorationThis one-time installation begins not in grand dining rooms but in a humble noodle factory in Kalimpong, where Chef Doma Wang’s story was shaped by hand-mixed dough and bamboo poles hung with noodles like soft constellations. Architect Udit Mittal interprets these memories through a dreamlike landscape of unfurling bamboo and gentle light. More inheritance than nostalgia, this experience honours craft, humility, and devotion- where the humble everyday noodle becomes poetry.HIGHLAND CROSSROADS Chef Bawmra Jap X Artist Pablo Bartholomew | Exploration Mapping the unique identity of the Kachin people across Northern Burma, Northeast India, and Yunnan, this is a celebration of cross-border culinary identity. The clean air and raw beauty of the mountains will be felt in every dish. Pablo’s visual storytelling and Bawmra’s deeply personal cuisine merge to create an experience that is at once intimate and expansive. This is food as anthropology and art - a journey through borderlands of both geography and imagination.THE PARISIAN FOLDChef Ralph Prazeres X Artist Ankon Mitra | Innovation We are folding the two worlds that have shaped Chef Ralph Prazeres into one inimitable contemporary bistro as the finesse of European fine dining meets the warmth of the sunny shores of Goa. Join us to explore the flavours from chef’s childhood in Goa through the lens of his training in classical European technique. Ankon Mitra interprets this duality by folding shapes into forms where familiar elements are recontextualised into something entirely new. Come experience the melding of Goa and France through a sum of their constantly evolving parts for one weekend only.CONNECTIVE PERSPECTIVESChef Priyam Chatterjee & Chef Rishabh Seal X Artist Two Odd (Akshita Garud) | Innovation Is home a place, or a feeling you can return to? The contemporary search for home is the ultimate act of curation. Join us as we explore a sense of home and belonging as something assembled rather than inherited. Forming quietly- through people, memories, objects, and fleeting moments that continue to shape us as we move through the world. It reflects what lingers even as everything else shifts. Come witness the essence of belonging through the lens of our collaborators. Together, chefs Priyam Chatterjee and Rishabh Seal, along with artist Two Odd (Akshita Garud), redefine home as a feeling of being held-intimate, fluid, and deeply personal.
