The Gathering is a 5-week, in-person wellness experience for Black individuals ready to reflect, reconnect, and reclaim what’s always belonged to them: healing, community, and personal power.
This isn’t therapy as you know it. It’s a warm, culturally grounded space led by licensed therapists who understand the layers we carry. Through guided conversation, reflection, and shared stories, we’ll do the deep work—together.
In this space, you will:
- Unpack how generational trauma shows up in your life
- Begin rewriting inherited patterns with intention
- Reclaim your identity, resilience, and the power to heal

Most therapy sessions cost $150+ an hour. We’ve made The Gathering intentionally accessible—without compromising depth, intimacy, or quality of care.
