About this Event
This four-course tasting menu invites guests to an intimate house party to honor the first wave of African immigrants to the United States who created a version of an African diaspora in their new home. The menu features dishes from four African aunties from Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Africa, showcasing their diverse culture through novelty ice cream desserts. Each course will highlight sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavor notes perfectly complemented by an artfully crafted beverage pairing.
