City of Refuge is about building relationships within the Baltimore community and serving individuals and families at every level of crisis. By knowing one another and building trust with our teams, individuals are given safe places to develop skills and offered resources/opportunities that help break the cycle of poverty. The Gathering is a celebration of the experiences that culminate in Bringing Hope to Life in individuals and families overcoming injustices by creating opportunities that truly transform lives.
