Your parents always told you that playing heavy metal records would send you straight to hell. Well, guess what? They were right! Join Popcorn Frights in the demonic-infused night of devilish entertainment featuring a super-rare presentation of THE GATE!
With their parents away for the weekend, two teenagers (Stephen Dorff & Louis Trip) get excited by the discovery of a strange crystalline rock in their backyard and elect to start digging into the ground around it. As the pair now realize they’ve found the gateway to Hell and unwittingly unleashed a terrible force into the world — and thanks to the help of heavy metal music, their house is also crawling with all sorts of goblins, imps, and zombies — they have to find a way seal the portal before the Earth is overrun with evil.
