Now just over three years since Solaris Beer & Blending opened its brewery and tasting room in Murrieta, CA to the public, they’re already recognized as one of the most exciting brew pubs with food in the Inland Empire. That’s due, in part, to their imaginative mixed fermentation beer program. It’s also due to their philosophical approach, as they aim to broaden the way we experience beer.
