About this Event
You're invited to spend to an evening in our garden supporting Trinity's Services And Food for the Homeless!
Join your fellow NYers, community leaders, and elected officials to fight food insecurity in New York City. Just this summer, we've seen an increase in service, and are bracing ourselves as cuts to SNAP and Medicare go into effect. We desperately need your help to address food insecurity.
WHEN: Thursday, September 10, 6pm-9pm
WHERE: The Garden at Trinity's Services And Food for the Homeless, 602 E. 9th Street (the intersection of Ave B & 9th St)
The suggested donation amount is $50 and includes cockails and non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers, and live music.
------------
For over 30 years, SAFH has provided the people of the East Village and beyond over 225,000 meals annually through its soup kitchen and food pantry programs. Many individuals, families, and students rely on us to make ends meet every week.
This Garden Party will celebrate all the many hands that come together to feed hungry New Yorkers. All proceeds going directly back to SAFH. We are a very lean organization and your donation will have an immediate impact, providing meals to people who need them now.
