Ireland's Lifestyle Event for older people is returning to the West and the Salthill Hotel on the 13th & 14th May. Over 60 demonstrations, workshops and displays covering health, hobbies & pastimes, rights & entitlements, holidays, personal finance, recruitment, volunteering, energy savings and valuations of your notes, coins, stamps and collectables.
Popular attractions include a series of Free Arts & Crafts Workshops, Free Blood Pressure Checks from the Irish Heart Foundation and Sinead Ryan from Newstalk and the Irish Independent will be speaking on Consumer/Legal and Personal Finance issues and available to answer your questions. Everyone who attends also gets a free goody bag.
