About this Event
Colorado - and the country - has experienced major shifts in demographics, technological advancements and globalization. The future of work has shifted dramatically over the last five years, and both employees and employers are making sense of what that future looks like, and how to prepare for it.
Hosted by Elevations Credit Union, this event provides a space for business leaders to hear firsthand from the state’s Office of the Future of Work and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipients who are bridging the gap between employers and employees to ensure a resilient economy with workers to support vital industries.
Katherine Keegan, director of the state’s Office of the Future of Work will deliver a short keynote address and facilitate a panel discussion among business leaders from Donor Alliance, Elevations Credit Union and the City of Fort Collins - all Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipients.
The conversation will include topics such as how to build resiliency as an organization and within your workforce, lessons learned from prioritizing the Malcolm Baldrige performance excellence framework, and how to cultivate growth and leadership among a team that may be working on a hybrid work schedule.
