The Future of Work and Education

On June 11th, a group of industry recognized leaders and experts from forward thinking business, technology, academic and professional services organizations, will collectively and individually discuss:

• Converging disruptions (social-tech-environmental-economic-geo-political) impacting traditional definitions, formats and culture of work, talent and education
• Pragmatic future readiness strategies and solutions being used now as a competitive advantage for reshaping work, talent and learning to thrive in the new realities of our fast changing, multi-generational and hyper-connected world.
• Concrete future shaping accelerators, case studies/pilots/project
• Bringing it all together in action!

The event is being shaped by RSI in collaboration with a multi-disciplined and cross sector of speakers and strategic partners. Keynote Talk: Culture Shock or Superpower? Are you Ready?
Culture underlies everything we do as individuals and as groups., Catalyzed by the escalating impacts of the pandemic and other converging disruptions to traditional business, education and physical workspaces – the world has changed too much to go back to “normal”. So what is the new “normal” of today’s fast changing multi-generational and hybrid work, learning and living environment? What is the greatest challenge and opportunity?
