THE STORY
On June 11th, a group of industry recognized leaders and experts from forward thinking business, technology, academic and professional services organizations, will collectively and individually discuss:
- Converging disruptions (social-tech-environmental-economic-geo-political) impacting traditional definitions, formats and culture of work, talent and education
- Pragmatic future readiness strategies and solutions being used now as a competitive advantage for reshaping work, talent and learning to thrive in the new realities of our fast changing, multi-generational and hyper-connected world.
- Concrete future shaping accelerators, case studies/pilots/project
- Bringing it all together in action!
The event is being shaped by RSI in collaboration with a multi-disciplined and cross sector of speakers and strategic partners. POVs: Corporate, Academic, Technology (ICT, SaaS, AI, SmartTech, IoT), HR/People Recruitment & Development, Professional Services (Architects, Engineers, Design Thinking, Futurists, Innovation, Sustainability and Energy Strategists), Commercial and mixed-use real estate owners and REITs.

Culture underlies everything we do as individuals and as groups., Catalyzed by the escalating impacts of the pandemic and other converging disruptions to traditional business, education and physical workspaces – the world has changed too much to go back to “normal”. So what is the new “normal” of today’s fast changing multi-generational and hybrid work, learning and living environment? What is the greatest challenge and opportunity? How can leaders transform and harness culture as a superpower to build and strengthen relationships with workers, customers and strategic partners as an evolving competitive advantage?
In sum, this laser focused talk sets the stage for an action conversation about why, what and how to create a better world of work, education and life with higher productivity, greater retention of employees, gig workers and customers (including building tenants) and better alignment with evolving needs local communities.
