1. Idris Manley, Co-founder and CEO of Intralign, joins us to discuss the future of Project Planning and how AI will revolutionize project delivery.

• AI is transforming project management by increasing efficiency, improving decision-making, and enhancing success rates. In the presentation “Achieving 10x Productivity and 2x Outcomes with AI-Powered Project Planning,” we will explore how AI reshapes project planning. We will focus on how it serves as the gateway to becoming an AI Project Manager, enhances strategic contributions, and prepares professionals for this transition.

• Participants will gain practical strategies for achieving 10x productivity and 2x better outcomes, supported by real-world examples. We’ll also address AI adoption challenges, including building competencies, overcoming resistance, and leveraging AI as a strategic partner in the future of project management.

2. Mikhail Kourjanski, Executive Director - Architect at JPMC joins us to talk about AI/ML Governance and MDLC in a highly regulated FinTech industry

• Al/ML solutions within Banking and Fintech industry are subject to a high level of regulatory scrutiny and oversight, in addition to the strict data access controls and system access entitlements. How to enable Data Scientists to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions while satisfying the elaborate controls and access constraints?

• The presentation will discuss a practical approach to Al/ML governance challenge, focusing on MDLC maturity, delivery pipelines automation and the governance structure that supports lineage and provenance of the Al/ML assets and the underlying data. We will also review the relationships between MDLS to SDLC and DDLC. The presentation will cover the "canonical" AI/ML as well as the emerging governance structure for Gen-Al.
