Welcome to The Full Me Workshop: introduce yourself with impact! Join us at W70.Club | Rotterdam | Offices, events, co-working and meetings on February 9, 2026 at 9:15 AM.
This is a creative group workshop for people who want to explore all their sides – beyond business roles and job titles, and social expectations. Through reflection, creative exercises, and connection with others, you will discover what makes you you (unique) and practise new, more authentic ways to introduce yourself and connect with others.

Inga Knysh, Coach, visual artist and expat, will host an interactive 90-minutes workshop

“From my own experience, I know that the most real and authentic connections happen when I open up just a little more and share something about myself that feels meaningful – sometimes even random. This is often where the real connection between people begins”.

This idea came from my own experience going to networking events. I noticed that when I only say my job title – “I’m a coach” – it creates almost nothing. No chemistry. No real connection.

But the moment I share something more – that I am a visual artist, that I am married for 10 years, that have a Shiba Inu puppy, that I’ve lived abroad for almost 10 years, that I’m finishing my Expat Research – something changes.

Psychology shows that real connection happens when we slowly move beyond roles and titles and allow people to see more layers of who we are.

This is important not only personally, but also professionally – especially for people who are building businesses, looking for clients, partners, collaborators, or stakeholders.
