The Freedom Method Experience is a guided, in-person workshop co-hosted by Anna Love and Devorah Walder, designed to support deep internal change through somatic healing, nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring, and guided hypnosis.
This experience offers a calm, supportive space to release what no longer serves you and anchor into a grounded, empowered version of yourself as you step into 2026.
During this workshop, you will:

• Reclaim parts of yourself that have been stuck in survival mode

Your Hosts
Anna Love is a Subconscious Identity & Empowerment Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Certified Hypnotherapist. She specializes in helping people release subconscious patterns, regulate their nervous system, and step into aligned, embodied identities through her Freedom Method framework.
Devorah Walder is the owner of Spectrum Acupuncture & Wellness. She brings a deep, integrative approach to healing rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and holistic wellness, creating spaces that support true mind-body restoration.
