This beautiful experience offers a celebration of nature by adorning you with Fowey Rocks essential oils, perfumes, skincare, floral waters and more. Throughout the experience you will be guided into various ceremonies for awareness, centering and focus, accompanied by the powerful vibrations and tones of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and drums. A full purification that rejuvenates and regenerates the body, mind and spirit. You will reconnect with your core design and wellbeing. Through our guided meditations, you can have the confidence to go deep inside and let go of the daily routine, concerns and embrace silence, peace and inner light. You will be guided to move your body through space, float in our natural pool, chant in our temazcal and dance in our palapa - releasing and letting go, washing away old patterns, and allowing for something new to be revealed.

9:30 am : Arrival
10:00 am - 12:45 pm: The Fowey Rocks Experience
12:45 pm - 1:30pm : Lunch (vegetarian meal provided by Fowey Rocks)
1:30pm - 2:00pm : Time on your own to reflect, swim, relax and walk around the property
2:00pm : Departure

Come in your swimsuit & coverup. Wear comfortable shoes. Bring a hat, sunglasses & towel.
