We are pleased to share with you that Anthar Kharana is returning to the UK from his homeland in the Andean Jungle of Colombia to share with us a healing pilgrimage through the seasons of 2024.
ON THIS FIRST CHAPTER or thread called “Healing Your Family Roots” Anthar will guide you to understand the old conscious or subconscious agreements that you've been carrying from your Family blood Line and how they influence your behaviour and enforces your limited believes, making you lose your self worth.
The Four Threads to Emotional Freedom is a program designed by Anthar Kharana as a series of four retreats based on a wisdom that empowers you to remove the old conditionings that have shaped your life since you were born. As you grow up, you might get to a point where you don't align anymore with what other people have been telling you to do, to say or to behave like; and here comes the awareness of the Four Threads or ways to find your Emotional Freedom.
Through deep words of wisdom, and different dynamics in the middle of the forest, including sacred fires and ceremonies, ancestral music, powerful stories to awaken your consciousness, life music and yes delicious vegan food! Anthar will unveil hidden aspects of yourself with the hopes to help you to re-plan your next steps in life.
You can join any of the weekends separately, however Anthar recommends to follow the whole structure so you can get the most out of this practice
The four chapters will be spread like this:
1. Healing Your Family Roots - (10th - 12th May)
2. Healing Your Ancestral Line - (21st - 23rd June)
3. Healing our Relations
4. Healing our Self
Over three days and two nights of sharings, you will navigate the physical, emotional, mental and the spiritual realms, guided by the wisdom of the ancestral sound medicine, stories, live music, movement, plant wisdom and practices that have helped many generations to develop the art of conscious creation.

10th - 12th May 2024
Participants arrive on Friday to set up their tents and gather for an opening circle, orientation and a lovely meal together. We will then begin the journey with our first Fire Ceremony in the evening.The Retreat Finishes on Sunday after our closing ceremony, hugs with everyone and our last Lunch together!

WHAT TO BRING:
*Shamanic Drum if you have one
*Comfortable and warm clothes
*Mats, blankets, cushion or skins to lay on
*A small folding stool to sit on around the fire
*Torch (head torch preferable)
*waterproof shoes/boots/wellies (warm feet, happy feet for UK climates)
*Rattle (optional)
*A song or poem to share in the circle (optional)
*Bring some fruit to share at the end of the ceremony if you can.
ABOUT ANTHAR:
Anthar Kharana Navarro native from Ocaña in the north of Colombia is a music composer, sound healing practitioner and ceremonial leader, guardian of medicines from the Muisca traditions of his land and guide of the tabaquero way.
He started at an early age, guided by wise elders from his land and during the last 22 years of travels, Anthar have visited 16 countries, particularly active in the UK, leading retreats, conferences, workshops, ceremonies and concerts.
As a music composer, he has created different inspirational music albums as well as being an active composer for several international dance and theatre companies such as Protein Dance, Sinman Dance, Shewolf and Vocab Dance among others.
Anthar is the director and founder of the Ancestral School in Colombia (Escuela Ancestral Colombia) and both Tribal Sound Healing and the Tambora Foundation in the UK and Colombia. He is also co-director of the first school of sound healing in Scotland ANSU School of Sound and the Ancestral Pathways School in England
