The sole focus of this module is to raise your awareness of the basics (Stress management – Sleep improvement – Nutritional balance – Physical training) and to broaden your strategies to maintain good mental and physical health.
The module takes a deeper look at the importance of all four areas and offers broader knowledge, to apply to our overall personal goals, with a view to raising performance in all aspects of life.
What to expect if you've never been before.
Our class based workshops are a relaxed way to find out more about how to improve your overall wellbeing. You will not be expected to speak up if you do not wish to, you can just turn up, grab a coffee, and listen in.
