Buddhism provides answers to questions and solutions to problems that cannot be found elsewhere. Although it is an ancient spiritual path, what Buddha taught is timeless and universally applicable, especially during these complex and challenging times. In his fundamental teaching, The Four Noble Truths, Buddha explains the spiritual path in a clear and simple manner. These four wisdoms show the path to the permanent end of all suffering, and how to find lasting peace of mind.
βIn Sutra of the Four Noble Truths, Buddha says:
You should know sufferings.
You should abandon origins.
You should attain cessations.
You should practice the path.β
