💧 Week 4: Restore & Rejuvenate — Sauna & Cold Plunge Finale
Theme: Renewal and Nervous System Reset
Our final week invites full surrender — a complete journey of release, renewal, and rebalance.
This session is a full two-hour experience, beginning with one hour of restorative Yin yoga and guided breathwork, followed by one hour of outdoor sauna and cold plunge therapy in Aleena’s serene backyard oasis.
We’ll start by moving through a deeply restorative practice to calm the mind and open the body. Slow holds, gentle stretches, and intentional breathwork will prepare your nervous system for the rejuvenating contrast of heat and cold that follows.
Then, step outside under the open sky for a deep detox and renewal ritual — alternating between the warmth of the 6-person cedar sauna and the invigorating cool of Aleena’s new cold plunge tub. This powerful combination enhances circulation, boosts recovery, and clears energetic stagnation — leaving you refreshed, grounded, and glowing from within.
We’ll close the evening with herbal tea, stillness, and quiet reflection — a sacred moment to integrate all that has unfolded over the four weeks.
