Join us for the Forest Therapy Experience in Than Sadet National Park, nestled in the wild heart of Koh Phangan. ?
Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or ‘forest bathing’, the Forest Therapy Experience is a holistic nature immersion that fosters a deeper connection with self and the web of interbeing. ?️
It’s an opportunity to bring you closer to your natural essence, allowing you to get out of your head, reconnect with your roots and recharge your soul. An experience of cultivating gratitude, awe and wonder for all that we are and all that surrounds us. ?
In practical terms the Forest Therapy Experience is a 3hr guided sensory exploration. You will be offered a series of open invitations designed to drop you into a deeper sense of presence. ??‍♂️
All you need to bring are a bathing costume, a water bottle, and an open heart and mind. This experience is open to all, but please note it will involve slow movement in and around the waterfalls and boulders of Than Sadet National Park and, whilst we will travel less than 500 metres, physical dexterity and confidence in this environment is required. You may wish to bring sunscreen and insect repellent; please use those that do not harm this pristine environment. ?
In order to create a safe, closed container and advocate mutual respect we will start promptly at 10am, so please allow plenty of time to get to the meeting point. ?️
PM me for bookings and more information. This event is limited to 8 participants and the price is 600 baht pp.
Thai and Burmese folk are welcome to join for free ?
