Ladies, grab your girlfriends and dance with me for our first in-person event of the year!!! Enjoy this dance class while keeping it sexy. Learn floor choreography and workout, all while releasing your inner Vixen. This is a ladies-only, judgment-free zone. Leave all your inhibitions at the door.

What should I wear?
Dress Comfortably. Tank tops, sports bra, leggings, tights and or leg warmers. Knee Pads are strongly encouraged. Heels or socks.

Do I have to wear heels?
Heels are optional, but encouraged, unless it is a no heels event. In this instance, please wear bottom grip socks, no sneakers.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Attendees must be 21 or older. This class is for a mature audience
