Join me for a 90-minute open-level workshop where we’ll break it all down—from the foundations to creative transitions.

— Progressions & regressions for every level
— Smart warm-ups to prep your spine, shoulders & hips
— Techniques to safely build strength and flexibility
— Use of props for support or challenge
— Hands-on adjustments (if you're open to it!)
— Creative transitions in and out of Wheel Pose
