Description
Take a culinary trip to Peru where you'll discover the special chiles and Asian influences that make this cuisine unique and delightful. Working with a small team, you'll create a thick and filling soup; a delicious main course of chicken with aji amarillo and walnuts; a pepper stuffed with beef, cheese, olives & more; and a pudding flavored with Port and cinnamon, topped with meringue.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
- At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
- For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
