You're invited to the next chapter of The Flavor Affair, a soulful plant-based cooking experience hosted in an open-air loft in the East Bay.
More than a demo, this is a curated culinary gathering where vibes lead the menu and intuition guides the ingredients. After securing your ticket, you’ll receive a brief survey to help us shape the evening based on your tastes, curiosities, and dietary needs.
At our last gathering, we created:— Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio with Grilled Watermelon, Vegan Feta & Pumpkin Seed Crumble— Puttanesca Pasta with King Oyster “Scallops” & Truffle Oil— Lavender Maple Beignets (a spontaneous dessert inspired by guest energy)
No two Flavor Affairs are alike—and that’s the beauty. This series is about presence, nourishment, and the creative spark that comes from you.

- Observation style seating to observe and taste as you learn
- A full seasonal meal (always vegan and whole-food based)

📝 Menu Note:Menus are created the week of the event based on seasonal produce and guest feedback from the survey. No processed vegan meats—just real food, soulfully prepared.
