In this workshop we will work in a direct and practical way investigating the Five Spirits as one multi-petalled flower, and also as five individual sets of psycho-spiritual frequencies.
We will explore with the help of a wonderful set of resources:
- The Five Spirit points on the outer Bladder meridian on the back
- Qigong - harmonising the five elements, extrapolated to the five spirits
- Asana sequence, designed specifically to benefit each of the five spirits individually
- Chinese calligraphy, where the concepts are clearly described through concise imagery
