It's UP at THE FITNESS HIKE--RELOADED!
We're back, yaaaa'll! & this time, we're taking it up a notch as we transform this hike into "A day at the Lake" (or, a couple hours at the Lake lol). Either way, we're taking this fitness hike to the lake--the lakeside trail at Table Rock State Park to be exact!
This go 'round, the event is going to be taking place on a Sunday so more of our family & community can join. There will be a $5 fee at checkout once you register because there will be food once we complete the Hike (a $2.18 fee will appear on behalf of eventbrite)!
I meeeeaaaannnn: we're on a lake, we're gonna see some beautiful views, we're gonna get a good work out it in, paddle boats and kayak rentals will be available!!! How can we NOT add food and make it "A cool day at the Lake?"
For this purpose, this will be a family friendly event which also means this will be a BEGINNER HIKE! The $5 fee will apply to children in attendance as well. Please ensure that any children in attendance are able to complete a 2 mile hike!! If not, no worries... leave the babies be & make it a day for you to simply rejuvenate, chill, and relax..

MORE DETAILS:
- We will be starting the hike at 9AM.
- Enter at the West Gate and Keep straight (roads are curvy). Parking will be on the right (near the lake). We will meet in the parking lot that the beach is in.
- $6/adult at the gate for entry; $3.75 for children ages 5-16; free for children under 5 years of age
- Food will be your typical grill food with some sides and a drink lol
- Wear comfortable clothing and some good, supportive shoes for your arches and ankles
- This hike is just shy of 2 miles. There will be some beautiful views. Be sure to bring a good camera or phone to capture the memories
- Lastly, WE PROMISE this is a beginner hike lol--this event is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS
