Seared gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, fried pine nuts, sage coulis, and red sorrel

“LYTT”; Low ABV spritz style with bitter grapefruit and subtle cinnamon spice.

2nd Course-
Reverse butterflied & grilled Atlantic Mackerel, Za’atar blackberry sour sauce, chili oil, roasted lemon, fennel oil
