This is Black Tie Event so bring your best. Combine elements of light and dark, good and evil and embrace the duality and revel in the hot (fire) and cold (ice). Allow the theme to guide your style of dress. Focus on combining hot colors like red and yellow with cool colors like white and light blue. Alternatively, consider going entirely in one direction. If you’re feeling hot, wear orange head-to toe. Feeling cold as ice? Try white, silver and sequins. Be Fly!
The Who’s Who of Houston will be there as usual. An awesome headliner and a unique, futuristic show awaits along with DJs and a special surprise production. Hor D'oeuvres are included and a crown and prizes will be given to the Prince and Princess of the night that embody the theme .
This is a night for you to look your most spectacular! Long formal gown or a short extravagant yet elegant cocktail dress; sophisticated tailored tuxedo or dinner jacket with tie, trousers and suspenders are required and dress code is enforced. YOU CAN NOT BE OVERDRESSED.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
25+ (21-24 will need to attend with a ticket purchaser 25+). ID Required!
Who can attend?
This is an event for queer women. Men are allowed to attend as long as they are accompanied by a female. Attendees under 25 will need to be accompanied by an attendee 25+. This event is for SINGLES and COUPLES.
Are males allowed?
Yes but they must be accompanied by a woman. Each male guest that that wants to attend must have a female companion to gain entry into the party. An individual woman you can only escort one male patron as your guest. MEN DO NOT BUY A TICKET IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FEMALE ESCORT. The purchase will not be honored and THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
What type of crowd to expect?
A diverse crowd of queer women including large numbers queer women of color as well as other cultures and ethnicity.
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 8:30 pm and the event will start promptly at 9 pm.
What is the attire?
Black Tie meaning formal. Wear a long formal gown; tuxedo; tailored suit or a short extravagant yet elegant cocktail dress. Better yet, there’s really nothing as sophisticated as a tailored tuxedo or dinner jacket with tie, trousers and suspenders. ABSOLUTELY NO ATHLETIC OR CASUAL WEAR OF ANY KIND. Dress code will be strictly enforced and ticket purchases are non-refundable.
What is included in the ticket price?
Complimentary Heavy Hors D'oeuvres. Live entertainment and special guests. Open seating for non section holders. Complimentary Hors D'oeuvres are not guaranteed and are only available while supplies last. We've never run out of food before so you're safe.

Electronic ticket stubs for purchases will be sent to the email address registered on the order from Eventbrite. The Eventbrite tickets purchased will be emailed in 1-3 business days.
Do I need my ticket to enter the event?
Everyone must have a ticket to enter the event. Please print your tickets and/or have your tickets available on your mobile device. If you cannot for any reason locate your tickets then we will make every effort to locate your tickets in our system. You will be asked to step aside while we locate this so that others may freely enter the event. If we cannot locate your tickets, you will not be allowed to enter the event. Save yourself time at check in by having your tickets available.
What amenities are available?
Reserved Sections, Bottle & Hookah Service & Discounted Hotel Rooms are available for additional purchase. Please note that purchased amenities do not include the general admission ticket. Every guest has to purchase a general admission ticket in addition to any requested amenities. ALL AMENITIES MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.
What are the seating arrangements?
There is liberal unreserved seating. However, only section holders are guaranteed that there seats will be together.
What is the policy on reserved sections?
No refund will be granted because of dissatisfaction with section location.
If someone infringes upon your section or you find your section is not as you expected, please see a host immediately to have the issue rectified. If the issue cannot be rectified then you will be given a fair and reasonable credit of a portion of your purchase, moved to the open seating area and your section will be sold to another purchaser. If you choose to remain in the section or fail to raise the issue with a host immediately on the day of the event, you will not be refunded or credited any portion of the purchase. If we find that there is no legitimate issue, regardless of your dissatisfaction no refund or credit will be issued. ALL SECTIONS MUST BE CLAIMED BY 10:30 PM.
What if I have an issue at the event?
We welcome and appreciate any and all of your feedback! If there is a legitimate issue, please see a host immediately to have the issue rectified. If the issue cannot be rectified, a determination will be made as to whether you are owed any credit. However, our official policy is not to issue refunds or credits of any kind. If you fail to raise the issue with a host immediately on the day of the event, you will not be refunded or credited any portion of the purchase. Therefore, please read all FAQs, event descriptions and ticket descriptions before making your purchase.
What are my parking options?
Valet Parking. Street Parking. Area Parking Garages and Lots.
What items are not allowed?
-No outside foods or any type of outside drink including but not limited alcoholic drinks, soda, juice, water or other beverages.
-No large containers as they may contain alcohol or other non permissible items.
-No weapons of any kind: knives, guns, etc
-Purses and large bags will be checked at the door. All patrons are subject to a waistband check or light pat down.
Are food and drink available for purchase?
Complimentary Heavy Hors D'oeuvres will be provided and drinks can be purchased from the bar. The bar accepts credit cards. All bar tabs will be subject to an 8.25% tax and an 20% gratuity.
What if I can’t attend the event?
All sales are final and there are no refunds. You may resell or transfer your tickets to someone else. From time to time, organizers may even assist you in selling your tickets, but organizers are under no obligation to assist and may decline to help. Your attendance is your sole responsibility.
What other general information should I know?
LOC is committed to the FUN and SAFETY of all members and guests! We operate under a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for those not in compliance with FUN and SAFETY. We will not tolerate confrontational behavior, verbal or physical, of any kind! If we see it or it's reported, you're removed IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY. NO REFUNDS. NO DISCUSSION. This policy will be enacted regardless of gender expression, sexual preference, or race.
Every reasonable precaution will be taken not to photograph anyone who wishes not to be photographed. However, by attending this event, you consent to being photographed and your picture being used, without compensation, in print, films and tapes for exploitation in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release LOC, its organizers, leaders, representatives, successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
You hereby also agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from your participation in this event. You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold LOC, its organizers, leaders, representatives, successors, assigns and licensees liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your own person or any members of your family, friends, acquaintances, children, pets, or property, arising directly, indirectly or therefore from this event. If you bring guests, you will assume responsibility for your guests and their actions.

What's the refund policy?
All Sales Are Final. No refunds at any time.
There are no refunds under any circumstances including but not limited to event format changes, entertainment and/or schedule changes, reschedules, cancellations, acts of God or other force majeure.
LOC, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase. Although highly unlikely but in the event your ticket purchase is cancelled not due to force majeure or event cancellation, you will be issued a full refund. In all other cases, there is no refund.
