Historically, peoples' views of sex have largely been centered around being "good" at sex, which often results in a "pass or fail" mentality. Questions like, "did they finish?" and "am I good in bed?" tend to come up at the end of sex, resulting in awkward communication and reassurances that fall on deaf ears?

But what if sex was play-based instead? Inherently, sex can be weird, awkward, funny, and even "gross". In this workshop, you will learn about how to PLAY with your partner, rather than perform for them. You will walk away with tips about introducing adventurous acts, communicating in a fun way, and letting go of the necessity for things to go "right".

Leighanna She/Her is a relationship and sex therapist in Northern Colorado. She specializes in helping people in romantic relationships reclaim, explore, and apply their sexual needs and desires. She is incredibly passionate about women's sexual health and dreams of someday revamping America's sex education to include female desire and pleasure.
