3. Outdoor Classes: Participate in some of our outdoor classes
4: Gym classes at least 4 per week to stay on track.
4. Focus on Lean Mass Gain & Fat Loss: Target your specific goals—build strength and lose fat.
5. Minimum of 4 Classes per Week: Consistency is key! Stay active and accountable to reach your goals.
