Step back in time and let the holiday spirit sweep you away at our festive Fezziwig Ball. Partake with the Spirits of Christmas Present brought to you through the music of the Temecula Valley Master Chorale under the direction of Zach Krug.
Gather for an evening filled with delightful Christmas-era carols, a sumptuous feast and spirits bringing cheer (of the grape, rye, potato, and wheat variety) in the Tuscany Ballroom at Vienza on Sunday, December 14th at 5 pm.

Leek & Potato Soup
Creamy blend of leeks & potatoes finished with fresh chives & served alongside warm bread
Beef Wellington
Tender beef fillet layered with mushroom duxelles, encased in a flaky puff pastry, complemented by a rich red wine reduction, seasonal vegetables & potato purée

Sticky Toffee Pudding
A warm, date-infused sponge cake smothered in a decadent toffee sauce, served with vanilla ice cream & clotted cream
