Through guided breathwork, sound immersion, and mindful relaxation, this transformative journey will help you clear emotional blockages, boost your vitality, and cultivate a deep sense of peace.

This event is open to individuals of all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience.
Exchange:
- Early Bird - $75 + booking fee
- General Admission - $100 + booking fee
What To Bring:
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’re better to dress warm, so you can peel off the layers if you get hot.
- Light blanket, flat pillow and eye pillow/mask (if you have one).
- Water bottle and journal if you wish.
- Most importantly, come with an open mind and heart.
Yoga mats are provided.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for when the doors open, 15 mins before the session starts.
Preparation Tip: Avoid drinking or eating 2 hours prior.

SASHO STOSIC - Certified Transformational Breathwork Coach & 9D Breathwork Facilitator
Sasho is an unwavering supporter of those navigating life's darkest moments. Drawing from his own 23-year healing journey, he is deeply committed to guiding others through transformative experiences, particularly in group settings.
With training in Systemic Constellations since 2018 and a track record of leading successful healing wānanga over the past two years, Sash adopts a holistic approach in his practice. Holding certifications in both Transformational Breathwork and as a 9D Breathwork Facilitator, he brings a comprehensive perspective to his work.
Anyone who knows Sash, knows he has a big heart for creating nurturing and loving spaces that are welcoming, safe and without judgement.
Sash will have a small team of kaiāwhina (helpers) in support of your experience - We've got you!
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a revolutionary global movement, bringing a masterfully crafted combination of somatic breathwork, hypnosis and a range of vibrations, sounds and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind and release trapped emotions and trauma, as well as rewire the way we see ourselves and the world.

Health Considerations:
A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:
- Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high or low blood pressure.
- Aneurysms, epilepsy and seizures in the past.
- Anyone taking heavy Medic*tion, severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis, paranoia, bipolar or panic disorder.
- Osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma or is currently pregnant.
- People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
- Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
