Focus: Easing emotional and financial strain.
Intention: Let go of guilt, comparison, and perfectionism around giving, spending, and “doing it all.”
Objective: Learn how to soften internal pressure and feel more peaceful with enough.
Includes: Hypnosis for calm confidence and a “Peace Over Perfection” reflection tool.
Shift your mindset from pressure to peace — lighten what you carry.

Focus: Replenishment, gratitude, and gentle motivation.
Intention: Restore your energy and inner kindness before the busiest weeks arrive.
Objective: Reflect, reset, and fill yourself with warmth and self-trust for the season ahead.
Includes: Deep replenishment hypnosis and a mini self-care plan to carry into December.
