What to Expect: Join us with your mini for 30 minute stroller sculpt workout led by Amanda DeRemer (@thestrolleredit) + 30 minutes of connection & hot cocoa cart.
This stroller workout blends stretch, strength, and sculpting and is designed for moms and minis to enjoy together. Whether you’re newly postpartum or just craving movement with your little one, this is your invitation to connect — to your body, your mini, and likeminded moms.
