Kat is a Master Women's Group Facilitator + Trainer that specializes in body-based practices to regulate the nervous system, heal toxic patterns, and create new pathways to thrive. She runs Colorado's leading women's group Becoming Her, with close to 100 members, leads leadership retreats, and trains women to become expert group facilitators inside the Illume Leadership Academy. She has served thousands of female leaders and her community expands daily.
