The Feels: in PRACTICE is an experience exclusively for 'feels' level 1 alumni. it drops participants more immediately into paired work, and aims for up to 7 (vs 4) pairs. In this installment, paired work will contain prompts + somatic elements only. There will be less facilitation at the beginning and end.

please note: this installment is in pilot / experimentation stage, and its being offered at a lower cost in recognition of such. your stepping into the space acts as recognition you're willing to be with us in the imperfections.

please note: food will not be offered at in PRACTICE. non alcoholic beverages will be served.

this edition of the 'feels' is for those who identify as ISO a monogamous(ish) + hetero pairing. this edition of the 'feels' is ONLY for those who have been to 1 or more installments of Level 1.
